Why the name
In Greek mythology, Daedalus is King Minos’s engineer. Asked for a prison for the Minotaur, he builds the Labyrinth — a plan so twisted that even its author risks getting lost in it.
A structure someone drew, with a centre and a single path to it. A city works the same way: thousands of addresses, an invisible order, and somewhere the meal you were looking for.
Ariadne gives Theseus a thread to find the way out. Someone who passed before you leaves you something to steer by. A review is a thread. A recommendation between friends is a thread.
